Hello, Ladies, I hope you are all doing well. We are more than halfway in 2017, it wouldn’t be long before we step on to 2018 with new health goals and resolution but before we do that, I am wondering where do you currently stand in your health goals for this year? Are you eating clean? Are you on point with an active lifestyle?
You see we try and try but fall behind either because it’s the easy thing to do or because we set for ourselves too high aspiration or set up unrealistic goals. It is for you to decide which category do you fall into but I am here to tell you – that this is the reason I scream ‘everything in moderation’. The concept of moderation isn’t rocket science – Instead of leaving everything all at once, you choose what you let go inside of you and reward yourself when you do that. Find out what works for you, sustainable and doable goals, real goals! It’s really that simple.
